I initially missed the pure math based sim of WeBL with like vs like, but the introduction of the tournaments is a good substitute. The management aspect of B2G is fantastic.
Once the explosiveness aspect of the B2G sim is working properly and explosive based fighters can compete on equal footing using flash type tactics, then we will have a much more diverse sim that is beyond compare in this gaming genre.

We all know that DEF is not a major factor in the current and tournament sim. I think that perhaps an option to consider is to increase the potency of EXPL, but re-work DEF to be a much bigger factor in the stun damage calculations. This could in effect be killing two birds with one stone.

Thanks, are you talking about main game or tourney? Because the tourney engine is the future. In tourney do you find that explosive based fighters can not compete? Thats first time I heard that.

Pav, explosiveness is still a problem in the current tourney sim. On my phone at the moment so will provide a detailed response when I am in front of my computer.
The issue does not just relate to the stun damage calculations, but also the extent to which these boxers still lose endurance as the rounds progress, which is further compounded by resting also not working properly under the sim. Without explosive boxers being able to properly recover endurance through resting, their flashes become less and less effective as the rounds progress. This severely limits the competitiveness of explosive boxers under the current and tournament sim.
If I don't get to it in time, I am sure Powerlille and Ghosts can confirm what I am stating.

Could be good if KP dancer types for instance get a bit of a boost , if flashers get much of a one could be a bit of a concern though ( place would be swarming with them )

I have to confess that despite Pav's attempts to explain it, I am still unsure of exactly how EXP works here at B2G, it is not exactly the same as WeBL as far as I could gather...
