ill be honest i dont know how. the other boxing sim had create fighters button ect i dont see them.

heminway, from the main horizontal menu go to manage > trading. There you will see a list of fighters in your stable. you can set a trading price for those fighters. Any gym can negotiate with that boxer. If the other gym and the boxer you have put up for trade come to an agreement, you get the trading price that you set.
