You will now see an easy link to start re-negotiation with boxer who is windowed. You will also be notified about other gyms negotiation with him during that time so that you know if you need to be quick about renegotiations and probably do not want to haggle with him.

If you really wanted to get revenge on the gym that was "stealing" your boxer, all you'd have to do is talk DOWN his morale each week and sabotage his fights--maybe get him injured for a few months. Oh, and stop training him.
That might make it a painful and expensive lesson to them, where stealing their best fighter at a high price might just wind up costing YOU.

However, with the change that Pav has made that we are now able to see other managers negotiating with our boxers, at least we are now forewarned and can crank up our own negotiations. But would still prefer other managers to lay off trying to sign my boxers...  |

Nope, steroids + 6(?) months DQ.  If you try to steal my fighter you'll get this bonus for free.  In general these deeds should be prevented by lowering gym fame or by another kind of penalty, I guess no one wanna deal with gym which's able to act this way. Though I don't know how it can be done practically. Of course you may compare total winning% and winning% when boxers of this gym are already signed by other managers...
