Violation of steroid use - can't change cutman and FP

Pav I'm trying to submit a cutman and a FP for Li's today's fight but no matter what I pick I always get the following message:

Violation

Boxer will not take steroids when windowed due to rigorous testing upon contract end
Back to Gym

I'm not using steroids of course.
I can select default FP and I can miss the cutman for this fight I guess but I'd like to be able to do it in future for sure

I couldn't test it for other fighters since Li is the only one with a fight scheduled. I'm sure I did not see this bug on Monday.
