Just got back to this game, signed three young prospects which now seem like bums as I analyse their attributes. Have not created any custom fight plans yet. Could you please give me any advice what my custom plans for them should look like or at least if I'm using the right default plans for them? Bum 1 Strength 5 Explosiveness 17 Hand Speed 4 Footwork 7 Chin 15 Stamina 9 Heart 10 Concentration 5 Flare 12 Skin Hardness 10 Defense 4 Used guns blazing in his first fight with me: www.box2glory.com/2040/November/390081.htmGood thing the opponent was weak as it took three round to put him down. The problem with Bum 1 and going for KO is his low strength and lack of speed. Also, relatively low heart and I guess his lack of footwork and very low weight don't help either. Am I better off dropping him down one division? He's 10 kg below the weight limit. Bum 2 Strength 4 Explosiveness 11 Hand Speed 12 Footwork 9 Chin 14 Stamina 6 Heart 14 Concentration 7 Flare 19 Skin Hardness 8 Defense 2 Was thinking of using speed advantage with him. He has not bad speed and very good flare, but I'm concerned about the lack of stamina and defense. Bum 3 Strength 6 Explosiveness 5 Hand Speed 8 Footwork 10 Chin 7 Stamina 8 Heart 14 Concentration 5 Flare 15 Skin Hardness 13 Defense 9 Was thinking of using footwork no strength with him. He's well rounded but in a bad sense - I can't see anything in which he stands out. Also, he's short - only 151 at lightweight. Not such terrible footwork, defense and stamina, but I'm concerned about the height and glass chin.

you should not share the stats of your boxers with everyone. Only in your partnership you can. THis is because someone else might have those boxers in a future and they would not appreciate that their stats are available for anyone to see.
Now as far as help. This is a tough one because they are indeed bums. What do you expect? I hope someone can give you some advice. But the best advice I can give is just use these bums to make money as stepping stones to getting guys who are not bums next.

yeah these are really tough. But there's always hope it's all about matchups, if you are better than your opponent in one of the main stats (footwork, strength, speed) it allows you to use the appropriate style and benefit from it. or if you're taller just go outside. if there's nothing you are better at just go no style as using a style may (and usually will) hurt you. the first guy, if you can find an opponent with low footwork (scout them, or search their previous fights and if in Analysis section you can see that most of the time their opponents "may want to utilize his fast movement..." then that means the fighter has low footwork) use the footwork strength fight plan since his stamina is okay. similarly if you can find opponents with 1-2 in strength (there are many) just use the guns blazing as you did already. if there's no other option just use something like 0/30-H/45/25 (no style this time) as his chin is excellent so he can open up and survive some head-shots while knocking out his opponent. I wouldn't drop him down a division, the limit for cruisers is 87 kg and he's 90 kg so the penalty would be too high. and he's short even for cruisers anyway. second one, he's a decent folk, ideal for counter, take the footwork strength fightplan, replace ropes with counter and ring with feint and see how it goes. if you find an opponent with weak chin just go for the head instead of body, and if the opponent is aggressive use taunting as your fighter's high flare will make his opponent drop his defense really low making it super easy for you fighter to KO him. the third one is similar to the first, so just use ropes or guns blazing if possible, plus with his high flare you can add taunting to your fightplan against aggressive fighters. yeah and when you eventually hit the ceiling with your fighters just keep fighting lower ranked opponents who you've beat before, this way you will earn you more money than when fighting uphill battles with higher ranked boxers. and more money = better boxers willing to join your gym

The only good thing I can say for signing these old 38+ year old bums is, they have fought a lot of opponents over and over again. If you see where they have a previous matchup, look to see what your fighters advantages were. Then work from there as you get a feel for his strengths. It may not always be the same due to changing stats etc., but it's a good start IMO. I scheduled rematches with recent opponents first to get my feet wet and gain some confidence. You may want to try the same... Good luck

Thank you very much for the advice Btw how do I join a partnership? Do I have to apply or to get invited? Also, forgot to ask, do you think it's better to move a boxer down a weight division if he's 3-4 kg below the limit?

you can apply or be invited . either can work .
Agree on the above advice for your fighters . 2 & 3 are pretty decent ( careful using high aggression with low stamina unless flashing though ) . even the first can make you some cash , so all are worth using .
