I don't think guns blazing is going to be useful with my boxer because of his low chin so, how should be a plan for a boxer with low/average chin, low stamina, high/medium explosiveness and low strength?

if you have real low stamina (6 or less) you kind of have to try to finish early if your opponent has higher stamina. 25/50/25 in round 1. Style depending on where your largest advantage is (speed, footwork or strength). If no big advantage over an opponent is those three - just no style.
