In case you are wondering what I am working on in my no so ample free time. Right now - interaction with boxers in regards to specific concerns they have Next - Lower negotiations time cycle to 8 hours. (need to think if this will not break anything) Things to do in the future. - Adding relationship between NPCs
- Keep track of gym finances over time so that can chart it
- Graphical representation of the boxing match (like football manager 04 - overhead ring with moving circles as boxers with tiny hands)
- Adding more countries
of course I also keep an eye on the active game and make adjustments as needed.

Ok, so start of new month, time for update.
Currently I am working on adding tournaments. This is a MAJOR addition to the game and is taking a lot of my time. I am only working on other things if they are bugs that I can find quickly or minor improvements. Tournaments are double elimination and you will have A LOT of points to create boxers. Weight and Height will limit the strength, footwork of fighters. So spending lots of points of Hight but not Weight will make fighter has low strength, or vice versa low footwork. Basically when 16 (or 32 we will see) boxers are created in same weight division a tourney will launch with one match per turn. The boxers in these tournaments are NOT going to be mixed with other boxers in general game. Your records in these tournaments will be tracked and HvsH rating will reflect them.
Next, I will create a random fighter generator for all gyms. Maybe three rolls. The boxer you create will have a very limited points. Maybe will be like 30 year old and no amateur experience. Kind of like you going to sign a Toughman type fighter. These fighters are probably going to be thrown away soon and retire fast after they are no longer used.
Next, I do like idea of boxer retiring early, especially as it is tied to their ambition - so I will do that. The boxers will target to retire but if they get on a winning streak they may reconsider.
Then I have some more countries that I need to add as well as user interface improvements that were suggested.

I am working on new big thing. I had someone on chat tell me how boring game is early on because there is only few fighters you have and little to do every 24 hour cycle. Some asked for faster cycle but I do not like that. Some of us like to have one weight fight at special time a week and not rush every 4 hours for a new turn.
Instead I decide to make a new method of playing. I was not sure I could pull it off, but I got biggest problems sorted out so it will be here soon.
Basically anyone will be able to issue a challenge at anytime and anyone else online at that time can reply to that challenge within 3 minutes. Then both managers is given identical boxer (different stats on every new challenge) and they fight in real time providing strategy for every round prior to round start. The result of round is displayed with commentary and all and then new one minute count is given to come up with next round strategy and the next round kicks off. If any manager does not respond to next round (even if his internet went down) that is considered a loss - sorry. If both don't respond one with higher score at that time wins.
Like tourney the skin is set to 20 and best cutmen working the corners with best ref so there is little chance to lose/win on lucky cut/DQ.
So now there will be something else to do once you are done with all your fight planning and fight scheduling.
The players will be provided new chess rating for this "Blitz" games. At the end of the game year the boxer with best "Blitz" game record get a newly created award. I am thinking of naming it "Count von Blitz" award. Any better suggesting on the name?
