I see that Rockplace is here...He was a very handy gym as I recall. The word must be getting around the old WeBL crew and that can only be good for this game as it is a solid base to build from.

Yip, Rockplace has arrived. Just opened my gym yesterday. So you are all duly warned... Thanks to UGI for posting the B2G site on my WeBL clan page. Would be great to have many more WeBL managers here! I have noted that B2G works with a multiple of 5 in comparison to WeBL with rest in front and some minor input style difference. eg 1) 4b/8/8 (clinch) becomes 1:0/20/40/40{clinch} So old WeBL managers should not find the conversion of FPs to B2G too difficult. This should encourage many of us who don't feel like learning a whole new strategy game from scratch. Interesting that many of the additional B2G features are what we at WeBL have been asking for a long time... My concern is the number of active human boxers given the limitation of 2 boxers for a level 1 gym, seems like a lot of AI gyms with AI boxers at the moment. But, I'll see how it all pans out as the boxers progress.

Well Bullans, I am still trying to get over not being able to create my own fighters, cos the available boxers are very limited with real crappy builds.
In my region (sorry, Country - RSA), I have only one realistic local prospect to negotiate with to join my gym...

The builds get better as you go up the rankings, just take what you can, earn a few bucks and cut him or sell him on and try for something better. I think in the early days of B2G that winning is not the be all and end all, it is more about increasing the fame of your gym so that you can then hire decent staff and better fighters later; well that's my plan anyhow...

Wont lie I do miss making my own fighters especially in the "unsanctioned" division where insane builds could do well . Made the mistake here of picking up a boxer my 3 year old could probably beat ( impatience to get going on my part TBH ) . Going to stick with it though & hopefully not go bust

The bum boxers we have access to as a new gym reminds me of many WeBL fighters found in discards... Insane builds, and I mean not in a good way.

The good thing is that most of their opponents in the lower ranks will have similarly awful builds so most fights are winnable...

Hoping later as I can attract a better quality of fist fodder & staff to mend any gaping holes in their builds will somewhere in the future prefer this way of doing things . Will have to see how it goes .
