Allows a gym to "roll their own boxer"
This is not same as creating boxers from scratch like you do for amateurs in tourney. The B2G engine is used to generate a boxer, just like it does for all new boxers it adds to the game. The boxer has lower point total than boxers that game generates, they also are much older in late 20s. The boxer will have "None" listed for amateur experience.
Only gyms that have no boxers can use this feature. The option will show up under "Scout and Sign" menu. The generation can be used only once per turn. After generation you get to choose if you want to sign the boxer or not sign. The contract is set to $150/week for 2 years. If you do not sign the boxer will not be added to the game and will be deleted on the very next turn.
Since these guys are "unprofessional" there is always a chance that a boxer you sign might change this mind and not show up the next day. However, if he does...its on. He will stay with your gym and commit to contract just like any other boxer. You can still release him as you would any other boxer. The bottom line once the boxer does show up at your gym he is treated by the game no different than any other boxer.

Once some partnerships build "boxing academies" their members will be able to use same "roll your own" boxer feature. Depending on level of academy the point total of the boxers generated will be higher. And of course these will start at normal young ages and with appropriate amateur experience.
