Today marks a day when noone won against AI with their own fightplan (0-4). The human record against AI overall is a losing one at about 40% and that is after I already made changes to make it easier for national level competition. I know most of the players get themselves in fights with higher ranked opponents, so they are at disadvantage from the beginning.
What do you managers think about the difficulty? Should I make it easier still at national level? Remember that even if you lose you have a better chance to learn and adjust for rematch than AI does.
If I make it too easy for newbies it may get boring at national level for managers that have more experience. But at the same time I do not want to discourage new players.

I think more fights are needed before adjustments are made. Give it some more time and see if adjustments are made from the human side. Besides, 4 fights does not make a data trend.....50 fights would be more like it.
Plus, I would rather have a challenge. As a player, you will learn more from the most vicious beatdowns received than from dominant victories. The school of hard knocks has a way getting its lesson across.
