and boy am I tired. Came home took a hot shower with shut of vodka and slept for few hours. Still having chills even though it is nice and warm in a house. Anyone else runs? This was my third marathon, and probably last. My missus(sp) always signs me up for them. She is a hell of a runner.

Walking especially downs steps will be painful for next day or two. I am pretty sure I will not do another marathon for a looong time. It is rather painful to train for them, takes much time. But I got to keep in shape so I will keep on running. My friend's boxing gym he had to close as he run out of $$$. Other boxing gyms is too far away or is for real young boxers not older guys like me that just want to stay in shape. I have a heavy bag and a speed bag at home but it sucks not to have a boxing gym to go to anymore. Plus I took pics these that I use in a game.

Congrats , that's hell of an achievement Just taken up running again - used to for years but now probably sound like a train ) , given a year or 10 might try & run a proper distance myself ( might have to go for a single malt rather than vodka after though ) .
