Adalberto Baciao was upset with his manager KWIM after he was set to fight Maks Hrovat in May of this year. He felt that a boxer of his caliber 13-0 and ranked #13 in Europe should never have been scheduled to fight #41 from Slovenia. Surely he beat the Slovenian handily but made a big fuss telling his manager to get him a live opponent next time. KWIM did not think he was ready but it was time for a lesson. His next opponent was to be ex-European champ dutchman Bart VanNoorstrant. Adalberto learned a lesson today to trust his manager with proper match planning as he was beaten in just 3 rounds. www.box2glory.com/2038/June/321276.htmHopefully this will be the last time he complains about being moving up too slowly.

Haha! Yes he wants the fame and glory before he's ready for it. He has been rising quite fast so just wanted to slow him down for a few fights while I built up his attributes. I still thought he'd win that fight but knew it'd be tougher. I'll let him lick his wounds for a few months then go for a rematch

He did get a knockdown on Bart in round3 before he was stopped.
