So I'm really liking my rolled boxer he is fighting lots of low level competition but still I noticed something about his fights. All his opponents barely land anything one of his fights went all the way through 11 rounds and his opponent only landed 7 total punches while my fighter landed 222.
Is this just normal because he is fighting low level competition or did I get extremely lucky and rolled a defensive mastermind? I think my next opponent is gonna be tougher than the others. His gym actually challenged me and I think this will be the first human controlled fighter I will fight
But with that being said I am thinking of moving him down to cruiserweight since he is pretty short for a heavyweight. Everyone he fights has outreached him and are much taller. would a 7 percent loss to stamina and strength effect him too badly or would it barely be noticable?

Sean Garcia, 37
After I beat him he went on to fight three fights and beat 2 of the guys. Still he beats my guy by 7 years so I guess you are right that should effect him a bit.

also considering the height thing. Do you think at 6 ft I should consider moving him down to cruiserweight? will the 7 percent loss of stamina and strength really effect me that much?

well, the older boxer speed is the first thing that goes. So he missed a lot against your guy. You could go down if you think you can benefit from extra size. Looks like you do rely on outside so certainly even bigger height advantage will help. 7% is not too bad of a price to pay if you have extra stamina to play with.

His chin isn't the greatest thing either. I wouldn't want to get caught by the heavier and stronger heavy weights in the division since I read the manual and excess weight transfers over to strength in the fight.
I think I will move down to Cruiser weight then. Luckily I don't lose any footwork

one thing to remember though - punches landed only matter for scoring. you still get damage from punches which hit gloves or hands. heck you can event KO an opponent without landing a single clean punch.
