An ambitious protégé program revealed few months ago by the reclusive chairman Pav is starting to bear fruit. The program allows B2G managers to bring young teenage boxers with close ties to the manager and develop them in amateur ranks until they are approved by B2G to turn pro. These young boxers stay with their gym for next two years as pro boxers. The program aims to improve work life balance for managers and to improve chemistry in the gym. The first two protégés developed that way are: The 15 year old son of Warzybok, Benedict Warzy who was representing USA and his home city of Detroit in Olympics. We hope that he will help his dad’s new gym to start out on the way to glory. And 15 year old Olympic Gold Medalist Nikita Strogov, who is related to Motor78. Such high caliber signing should help Moscow Regional Gym to advance their cause to the Continental titles and possibly beyond.
