No challenge left for you anymore Rock? Will there still be Imperium after you are gone? It will be sad to have you not here, but I hope you will come back once someone gets close to your GOAT rating of..checking... 23.95 as of today. UGI and Punchy virtually tied for second but more than 8 full points below.

I definitely will not be winning any more manager of the years awards. Imperium will not formally close down, but the rest of the Imperium managers also seem to be gradually closing down... I even had a couple of fights in WeBL, but even WeBL is just not the same for me anymore. When I had to fix an error in my WeBL plan and login to change FPs, I realised that my heart was just not in it and I could be bothered. Needless to say, I retired those boxers too. Been a great run and had so much fun here at B2G.

Why is Rockplace Gym closing? Mainly, I have just not been as active as before and a big part of my strategy was the scouting of new talent. Every second game year, you have to re-discover a whole new stable of boxers to take your gym further. I have stopped scouting for new signings some time ago and closing down is just a natural progression from there. Also quite a few of the Imperium managers are heading the same way, and this game was always more about the interaction than the results...

Can you share with Taner stats on the peak? I know it's out of rules a bit but he's has such great stats as I understand, that it's interesting to know them to have info for discussions etc
Sad you have no goals in both games. No idea if I'll play WeBL in normal mode again, pretty sad to look at the way Bruce runs it. No updates for about 10 years and seems no plans, no prospects. Things that Pav is able to do within few weeks look absolutely unrealistic for WeBL to be done in a couple years. It aggrieves.

yes, WEBL does seem to have much more chatty community though. Not sure how to cultivate this here at B2G. 100+ active players all the time, but very quite on forum and chat.

There was usually a lot of nonsense on the WeBL forums... lot of immature troublemakers with nothing intelligent to say... There was some really classy managers, but it only takes a few bad apples...

OK, Taner Oyal gets his belt back. Rich Rico, congrads on your first world title! Good job at keeping his morale up and tinkering with fightplan. Taner is already a HOF and GOAT at B2G and he is getting a come back added to his legacy. www.box2glory.com/2035/September/251379.htm , in Round 11 down on points but Taner was not interested in points, was just cutting the ring off and banging the drum until speedy Shaoqi's gas tank was running on empty. I am sure www.box2glory.com/2035/September/251379.htm Shaoqi Li will not stay sad for a long time. He has youth on his side and every week now he is getting stronger while the champ is not.

As Li is my ex fighter and he is managed by my fellow ABC member Jetcat, I am not going to go into detail here but Rico has used the wrong tactics in each meeting between these 2 so far...If Rico uses the right tactics then it could be a more painful experience for Li...

Punchy/Anagram looks like you promoted that fight too? Nice header

Nice header I can't claim any credit for that poster, I think a guy a gym called Undiscovered over at WeBL designed all the posters, or maybe it was UGI? Definitely not me, not my skill set...But it was made for me, or my WeBL gym, the mighty Anagram gym

Great to see Taner back on top again! And yes, totally agree with Punchy in terms of the wrong tactics being used by his manager...

Will be weird to not have your name on any awards this year. You are like a legend of B2G. I like how Rico always talks to his boxers to ensure they have good morale. As for fightplanning, it is cool to have his former legendary manager come back and care. I think Rico prefers to be a lone wolf, but joining a partnership would open door for other fightplan ideas.

Hey Pav, doing great this side. I do occasionally pop into B2G to check the rankings and my past boxer performances.
