Gonna search for some infos for better recognizing how the whole game works.
World champions' main APs (spd, str, foot, cond) ranges: 50-55 + 10-15 Expl (my scouts told me so)
Best of newcomers: 35-40 +5-10 Expl
About 70 fights to 30 years
Shortest road to WT takes about 20 fights
52 weeks(days in RL) in 1 game year= 7,5 fights per year for a fighter

Motivation bonus(MB).
It's being added to each fighter's stat except for non-trainable ones and workrate.
MB= (wins-(losses+WT defenses))*(0,2-(0,0033*fights)
It's a pretty simple formula.
(wins-(losses + WT defenses)) +- motivation ratio
(0,2-(0,0033*fights)
0,2 -multiplier that allows to gain extra Aps to a young boxer with positive ratio,
0,0033*fights- determines gradual lowering of this bonus and how soon this formula will stop to work
0,2/number of years you want this system to work(8 now, 19-27 y.o.)/7,5= 0,0033
By changing this formula we can get many different variants.
The main idea is to allow a younger fighter to be competitive all through his way to a WT. The formula also purports that MB phantom Aps are being replaced with stable/trained Aps during fighter's growing/aging.
For example
21 years old fighter, 22 fights, 20 wins 2 losses
(20-2)*(0,2-(0,0033*22))=2,29
So he'll get 2,29 additional Aps in every stat.(I resumed that a young prospect needs about 20 fights to reach world title shot and he needs to gain about 10 fighting Aps to be competitive in this fight, that's I tryed to get about 2,5 with this formula. 2,5 *4= 10 Aps in total (in footwork, speed, strength and stamina). I'm not sure if it's enough to beat the champions, probably one needs more, about 15-20 APs to compensate this difference. Got no certain info about champs stats and their possible APs gains through the careers. (0,27-(0,0045*fights) may give about 3 APs).
if that young fighter wins a WT his MB starts to lower with every defence/loss:
after 1 def= (20-(2+1))*(0,2-(0,0033*23))=2,11 after 2 def= (20-(2+2))*(0,2-(0,0033*24))=1,9
So it prevents staying on the top for a long time.
The older and older a fighter get the less and less his MB becomes. for a 25 y.o. fighter this multiplier is about 0,05 instead of 0,2.
MB should not be allowed for scouting, it's enough if people recognize that it exists and its inexact number, about +2,5 for young fighters with decent winning %.
Another aspect is- it starts to work in the opposite way in some time (after 27 y.o. in the current variant). I guess it's not good and it should not work in this direction. So if
(win-(losses+WT defences)) < 0 or (0,2-(0,0033*fights) < 0
it should not work at all because it could give a negative bonus.
Also the range of rated fights could be limited to <=20. It makes this formula a bit more winning streak oriented.

Just an idea. Something like this we should have here to see young champions appearing.

Having a few world champions in my stable and from fighting others, world champion stats range from 45 to 54. And I have had many newcomers with fighting stats over 40 and a few of them with fighting stats over 45. So the difference between the best of through newcomers and the current world champions is not that great. Also with the younger boxers training faster and all the current world champions stats in decline due to age, you will very shortly be seeing younger world champions anyway. What I am excited about is upgrading the boxing academy to level 5, and managers being able to roll and choose the best 16 year old talents to nurture to world champions belts. There is just so many years available to train them up.

Thanks, Rock.
I wonder how would these champs look like if they were being trained by human managers from very start, not by AI. Even Oyal has 30 Aps wasted on secondary trainable stats (not 30 in fact, he had something in these stats right from the start).
All these ranges and random Aps distribution make me crazy a bit. They are too wide for this sim, too wide. Good fighter can win nearly without any manager's help, it's being needed in very infrequent moments.
